ONE MINUTE FITNESS

The “One Minute” Workout originates from a desire to have a consistent exercise
routine that accommodates a highly demanding schedule. Designed as a daily exercise
regimen, it is ideal for persons willing to avail the time to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.
The “One-Minute” Workout engages the exerciser in a series of strengthening, flexibility and
endurance exercises. The overall objective is to encourage daily physical activity for life,
scheduled one minute at a time.
